Sessions Monday - Saturday will be held at the Mackay Spots Oval in Centennial Park
Sunday sessions will be held in Coogee

To register for this challenge follow our link to paypal - once payment has been made and Body Beyond Baby notified you will be sent a welcome email. This email will include instructions on how to select your training times.
You are entitled to four training sessions per week with your Body Beyond Baby, Find Your Summer Body - 8 Week Challenge (2 weekday sessions with nannies plus Satuurday and Sunday training as detailed in advertisment above). We recommend that you attend at least three of these sessions per week in order to make the most of your commitment. The more dedicated you are the more outstanding your results will be.
You must pre book your two week day sessions at the time of registering for your challenge. Every effort will be made to put you into your preferred sessions but if a particular session is already full you may be asked to choose an alternative day/time.
You must select the Saturday and Sunday training sessions (dates) that you wish to attend at the time of registering for your challenge.
You may register for our 8 Week Challenge and elect to do only one weekday session however if you choose this option you will only be able to pick up your second weekday session at a later date IF we have space. We cannot guaruntee this will be possible.
There will be no discounts offered for those choosing to book in for only one weekday session.
Your 8 week challenge begins on Monday 6th February 2012
No make-up sessions will be offered during our 8-week challenge. You have made a fantastic commitment to yourself for this time period and we encourage you to be at every training session you have booked in for. No credits or make ups will be given under any circumstances.
You may commence the 8 week challenge after the start date but no discount will be given for late starters and no sessions may be added onto the end of the program.
The challenge package includes the cost of childcare for ONE child ONLY.
No discounts will be given to anyone not bringing a child.
If you require childcare for more than one child there will be an additional $5 fee per child per session. This must be requested at the time of your challenge registration and booking.
We will do our best to accommodate your additional child but cannot guarantee it will be available. You may be asked to choose an alternative session where we can cater for another child.
Once you have been notified that we have space for your additional child you must confirm this by making payment via our website.
If you are NOT bringing a child throughout the entire challenge please let us know so that we can allocate this space to a mum needing to bring more than one child.
Once you have stated that you will NOT be bringing your child there will be no allocation for them within our nanny service. Should you need to bring them on any particular day you will need to check the evening before your session to ensure we have space.
There is no nanny service offered at our Saturday or Sunday sessions.
You may bring your child/ren with you to our Saturday sessions and they will play on a blanket close to us, however, they remain your responsibility throughout the entire session.
It is not suitable to bring any children to our Sunday steps session.
Sessions will start on time – please ensure you arrive 5-10 minutes before that start of your session to settle your child with our nannies and begin your warm up with everyone else. The start of our session is highly important in warming up and tuning into your core and postural system. If you arrive late you will be asked to warm up, stretch and perform some core and postural exercises prior to joining us.
Sessions will go ahead despite the weather and will only be cancelled in severe weather circumstances. No credits or make up sessions will be offered if a session is cancelled. You will however be expected to complete your do-at-home session that will be emailed to you on a weekly basis.
During wet weather we may choose to relocate our children to inside the pavillion and use the verandah area for our training session - this decision will be made by Body Beyond Baby on the morning of the session and will incur an additional $5 fee payable in CASH at your session.
If you have any pelvic floor weakness (leaking, dragging, urgency, etc), abdominal separation, pelvic instability or pain, sciatica or back pain OR your baby is less than 6 months old and you have not been exercising (walking not included as exercise in this instance) we highly recommend that you attend our pelvic floor and core workshop prior to the commencement of this challenge. You must complete your medical questionnaire, child info sheet and Body Beyond Baby disclaimer prior to your first session. Please bring these documents with you to your first session - anyone attending without having completed these documents will not be accepted into the training session.
You are entitled to recieve a T-shirt or singlet with your 8 week challenge registration - you will recieve this within your first week of training.
If you would like to be in the running for our prizes you must ensure you book in for and attend your fitness testing and assessment prior to the start date of the challenge. Upon recipt of your registration and payment you will be sent information regarding this booking.
Winners will be decided by Body Beyond Baby, it’s owners and colleagues and will be based on various specified components. We will not enter into any correspondence in relation to prize winners.
Winners will be based on but not limited to the following: Total weight lost, cm's lost, % of body fat lost, increased strength when performing a specific exercise, increased cardiovascular capability and speed when performing a distance based run, most improved, most sessions attended in 8 weeks, most improved Sunday steps.
Body Beyond Baby reserves the right to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time and without notification.
